- Location: if you tap "Use my location" we use your browser's geolocation to look up a nearby ZIP code. We do not store your precise coordinates.
- Usage data: basic analytics about pages visited and features used, to improve the directory.
How we use information
- To operate and improve the directory and its features.
- To verify claim requests and prevent abuse of submissions.
- To respond to messages, reports, and support inquiries.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., claim confirmations, report follow-ups).
Public information
Department listings — including names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, services, photos, and similar details — are intended to be publicly visible. Do not submit information you do not want shown publicly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics), or when required by law.
